  • To create an account, you will need to provide the following information:

    • Account Type: Select "Service Provider."

    • Personal Details: Fill in your first name, last name, username, email, and phone number.

    • Password: Create a password.

    • Terms and Privacy Policy: Agree to the terms and privacy policy. Once completed, click "Sign up."

Design Your Profile

Once you've signed up, you'll be taken to the profile settings page to fill in your details.

  • Upload a professional photo and a cover image (max 1920 x 400px).

  • Provide your contact information: first name, last name, email, and phone number.

Find Jobs

  • Access your dashboard and click "Search a Work."

  • Filter job posts by keywords, project title, and other criteria.

  • Look for "Verified" projects as these are more trusted.

  • View job details including project description, skills required, budget, and estimated timeline.

Respond to Jobs

  • Click "Send your proposal."

  • Enter your proposed rate, keeping the project budget in mind.

  • Select your project starting date.

  • Write a detailed "Cover letter" to the client.

  • The system will automatically calculate the "Total amount you'll get."

  • Click "Submit a proposal" to send it to the client.

Communicate

Once a proposal is accepted, a real-time chat opens for communication with the buyer.

Finalizing the Job

Once you have completed all aspects of the service—like installing a new cold room, repairing a refrigerator, or completing a shop-fitting project—you will mark the job as "completed" on the platform.

Documentation and Proof

You may use the chat to share documentation, such as service reports, photos of the finished work, or invoices.

Client Handover

The act of "delivering the completed service" also includes the final handover to the client, ensuring they are satisfied with the work and that everything is in working order.
